All digital products, including but not limited to photo collage templates, personalized digital art, and calendar files, are delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the download is completed. Please ensure compatibility with your software/device before purchasing. - Physical Products (Print-on-Demand Items)We stand by the quality of our physical products (e.g., printed calendars, posters). Refunds/replacements ONLY apply if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective (e.g., printing errors, torn materials).
The wrong item was shipped due to our error.
Non-refundable cases include (but are not limited to):
- Customer dissatisfaction with design, color variations, or size (we provide preview tools before purchase).
Delivery delays caused by postal/courier services.
