Use High-Quality Source Images:
- Upload photos at 300 DPI resolution or higher, especially for large formats (12″x18″ and above).
- Pro Tip: Smartphone cameras usually need to be set to “maximum resolution” in settings.
Download Correct File Format:
- After completing your design in Canva:
- Click “Share” → “Download”
- Select “PDF Print” format
- If you need a JPG file, you can use free online conversion websites such as: https://smallpdf.com/pdf-converter or https://pdf2jpg.net/, or others online. (In this way, this JPG file will be clearer than the one directly downloaded from Canva.)
- If you need “CMYK” color profile, please contact us.

You could print it in your own home if you have a printer, or you could find a physical print store, or online store, email them or bring the file to them. Here are some popular print stores:
